For ten plus years, the Groton Adolescent Substance Abuse Prevention (GASP) Coalition has worked to decrease substance abuse among young people in Groton, CT. By pulling together businesses, parents, teens, schools, police, and youth and health/social service agencies, the Coalition has continued to advance our mission:

To build a healthy, safe and drug free community by advocating for programs, policy changes, and practices that increase protective factors and decrease risk factors.
